- Conduct a show trip of the timber to prospective buyers

- Provide you with a Timber Sale Contract to protect your rights and property
- Obtain a performance bond from the timber buyer as insurance against any unexpected damage to roads, unmarked trees, etc.
- Obtain all necessary permits and supervise the logging operation
- Provide you with a written final inspection of the logging operation
